Korean A poker cheating device looks and functions like a normal mobile phone, allowing the user to make calls, send text messages, and surf the Internet. But it can be used as a scanning analyzer for poker to predict the winners of gambling games. To use the poker analyzer the player must first turn on the app, enter a password and select the type of game, number of players, etc. Then, the user should keep a distance of about 20-40cm between the phone and poker cheat cards so that the camera can focus on the bar-codes marked on them.
The hacker found the device, which is sold for several thousand dollars on the black market. He reported his findings and Google disabled some features in order to protect it from reverse engineering. He was able to access the device’s internal setting screen, which showed that it supported hundreds of games and allowed users to configure how often they wanted the winner to be predicted.
Other poker cheating gadgets are also available. These include remote cameras hidden inside everyday objects like power banks, watches and cuffs. These gadgets, however, may not be as efficient as luminous marked card and infrared contacts lenses.
